Inclusion
  • ASA I/II

  • Without contraindication for endodoncias procedure under local anesthesia

  • Acute Irreversible pulpitis

  • Cold vitality test+

  • Pulp hemorrhage after exposure

Exclusion
  • Allergy NSAIDs

  • Allergy to local anesthetics

  • Pregnant, nursing, or with contraceptive treatment

  • Psychotropic drugs and pathological mental states (dementia, psychosis)

  • Young patients (<18 years)

  • Uncooperative patients or cognitive difficulties

  • Cold Vitality test−

  • No bleeding after pulp exposure
