Cell viability of human small intestinal epithelial cells treated with serotonin receptor ligands. Graphs show the cell viability after 24, 48, 72, and 96 h of exposure to (A) psilocybin, (B) 4-AcO-DMT, or (C) ketanserin. Cell viability was quantified by the MTT assay with the absorbance at 595 nm. Data were analyzed with one-way ANOVA followed by a Dunnett’s post hoc test compared to the control group. Bars represent the mean ± SD.
