CCDC50 promotes the proliferation, migration, and invasion of LIHC cells. (A) The expression of CCDC50 in LIHC cell lines was examined via qRT-PCR assay. (B, C) The establishment of CCDC50 knockdown cell lines in Hep3B and Huh7 was verified via qRT-PCR assay and western blot. (D) The knockdown of CCDC50 dramatically inhibits the proliferation of Hep3B and Huh7 cells, examined via cell counting kit-8 assay. (E) The knockdown of CCDC50 dramatically inhibits the migration and invasion abilities of Hep3B and Huh7 cells.
