Table 1.

The Ct values obtained from the two methodologies were compared to confirm the lack of amplification of the N gene. The samples tested with the Allplex SARS-CoV-2 Extraction-Free Assay were confirmed positive with the Xpert Xpress SARS-CoV-2 Assay through which the amplification of the N2 target was present.
