Hybridization patterns of P. brasiliensis chromosome-sized DNA molecules after digestion with rare-cutting site restriction enzymes and separation by PFGE. The chromosomal DNA of isolates 113 and B-339 embedded in agarose were digested with PacI or SfiI restriction endonucleases, subjected to PFGE, and transferred onto nylon filters.
