Focal knockdown of PIEZO2 MA channel in DRG suppressed VCR-induced mechanical hypersensitivity. Mechanical allodynia (A) and mechanical hyperalgesia (B) were determined by the reduction of withdrawal thresholds measured with von Frey filaments and nociceptive withdrawal thresholds measured with Randall–Selitto set, respectively.
