Chronic Mild Unpredictable Stress paradigm. Nulliparous and primiparous female rats in the stress group began stress exposure on the day corresponding to GD 10. Stress exposure occurred over varying lengths of time and at different times of day, and included wet bedding, no bedding, overnight light, white noise, cage tilt, and restraint stress, as detailed in table. All cohorts followed the same stress schedule.
