Please note that there are no significant differences between the three treatment subgroups (neither total DHI-scores nor subgroup DHI-scores). Mean DHI-scores and standard deviation (in parenthesis) are provided. Please also note that DHI questionnaire fulfilment was missing/incomplete in 3 out of 66 patients (4.5%) with complete objective and subjective remission.
