• cerebral arterial complications: vasculitis, vasospasm, focal cortical hyperperfusion, affection of cerebral autoregulation, septic sinus thrombosis and thrombosis of cortical veins

Vestibulocochlear complications (hearing loss, vestibulopathy) 10–30%
