To assess the differences among diagnosis of endometriosis, PCOS, endometriosis + PCOS, and neither, the analysis of variance or Kruskal-Wallis test was used for continuous variables, and the chi-square or Fisher exact test was used for categorical variables. There are missing data for age (n=0), race and ethnicity (n=0), BMI (n=5), poverty level (n=7), education (n=3), smoking (n=2), alcohol (n=13), and physical activity (n=55).
