Brain age prediction comparisons among the three datasets before and after the harmonization. The brain age prediction model was trained using 1400 healthy scans from the UK Biobank (UKBB) dataset. Before harmonization, the mean absolute errors (MAEs) were much lower when the test set was from the same data collection site as the training data than other datasets, but after harmonization, the errors from the other cohorts were minimized.
