Data are representative of two independent experiments with at least 4 mice per group and are expressed as mean ± SEM. Significance is determined by two-way ANOVA and Sidak multiple comparison, *p<0.033, **p<0.002, and ***p<0.001. (C) Colon length of mice was measured at day 10.
