Figure 5. — OPN regulated miR-34c/ Notch1 pathway. A) The relative expressions of miR-34c, miR-466 and miR-7-5p after knocking down OPN were analyzed by RT-qPCR. B) The expression of miR-34c was reduced both in the medium of sh-OPN A549 and H460 cells and in the RAW264.7 and SaOS-2 cells treated by the medium of sh-OPN A549 and H460 cells.
