This technology documents a 14-year postoperative minimal thickness of 400 μm (instead of 372 μm noted on Scheimpflug tomography in Fig. 2), depicting an effective 50 μm thinning of the cone area from preoperative to 14 years postoperative. The yellow arrows underline the presence even after 14 years of a CXL demarcation line, and the epithelial map also underlines marked remodeling from what is customary in corneal ectasia.⁷⁶
