Apoptotic cell death was measured by fluorescence-activated cell sorter analysis detecting annexin V after 48 hours of treatment. In all EOC cells, the apoptotic population significantly increased after treatment with FZ-PLGA-NPs. Error bars represents the standard error of the mean.
