The nomogram model is designed to forecast diminished exercise capacity in early-stage AMI patients post-PCI. The first line denotes the points associated with risk factors, while lines two through five indicate the risk factors themselves. The summation of points from each risk factor yields the total points. Line seven then computes the event probability based on the total points from line six.
