Therapeutic effect of Azvudine on COVID-19. Azvudine inhibits RNA-dependent RNA polymerase (RdRp), which is a vital enzyme mediating SARS-CoV-2 replication and transcription. Azvudine plays an anti-SARS-CoV-2 role by blocking virus replication.
