Raman spectra of isolated cytochrome c in solution (0.23 mM) dissolved in potassium phosphate buffer, pH 7.4, oxidized ferric Fe³⁺ (black line) and reduced ferrous Fe²⁺ (red line) cytochrome c (A) and an enlargement of the spectral region of 1318–1495 cm⁻¹ (B) and 1470–1755 cm⁻¹ (C). Ferrous cytochrome c was prepared by adding tenfold excess of reductor ascorbic acid.
