Estimates were generated using linear models, estimating the association between ln(EV-miRNA count per million) and air pollutant exposure. Models were adjusted for proportion of rRNA, volume of supernatant, breast milk collection time, days postpartum, age, socioeconomic status, and season. P-values were adjusted for multiple testing using the Benjamini–Hochberg procedure. The solid red line corresponds to P BH = 0.05, while the dashed grey line corresponds to P BH = 0.1.
