Interventions Arm 1: intervention: docetaxel 75 mg/m2 day 1 and carboplatin AUC6 day 1 every 21 days for 6 cycles
Arm 2: comparator: 5‐fluorouracil 500 mg/m2, epirubicin 100 mg/m2 and cyclophosphamide 500 mg/m2 day 1 every 21 days for 3 cycles followed by docetaxel 75 mg/m2 day 1 for 4 cycles
