Radioiodine-refractory metastatic differentiated thyroid cancer with positive lesions on [18F]FDG PET and [68Ga]Ga-PSMA PET Legend: example of a 65-year-old female patient with lung metastases and lymph node neck metastases maximum intensity projection (MIP) of 124I (left), [18F]FDG PET (middle), and [68Ga]Ga-PSMAPET (right). No uptake is seen in the metastases on 124I PET, and high uptake is seen in lung metastases on [18F]FDG and [68Ga]Ga-PSMA PET. On [68Ga]Ga-PSMA PET, lymph node metastases on the left side of the neck are also visible. The patient was treated with 2 cycles of 6 GBq [177Lu]Lu-PSMA-617, unfortunately without an objective response.
