Error in Figure 2

In the Original Investigation “Temporal Trends in Neurodevelopmental Outcomes to 2 Years After Extremely Preterm Birth,”¹ published in the October 2021 issue, there was an error in panel C of Figure 2. The bar for each era of birth in the “Survival with no major disability” section was inaccurate. This article was corrected online.
