Search strategy chart. The systematic literature search identified 56 articles. After exclusion 22 studies met the minimum of 5-star quality criteria. 2 studies were cross-sectional derived from cohort studies and therefore included in both cohort and cross-sectional studies. 15 studies were cross-sectional and 5 cohort.
