The overall culture sensitivities were 61.3% for NALC/NaOH and 87.7% for CB-18 (P < 0.01). The MTBC culture sensitivities were 96.6% for NALC/NaOH and 86.2% for CB-18 (P > 0.05). The MOTT culture sensitivities were 48.1% for NALC/NaOH and 88.3% for CB-18 (P < 0.01).
