DW-MRI (b = 0 s/mm²), DCE-MRI images (2^nd time point after AIF peak), and parameter maps per visit of a metastatic colorectal cancer tumor located in the liver of patient 102–003-105 (tumor 2). Contour annotation of tumor is shown as dashed red line. After PEGPH20 (Day 1) a decrease in ADC and T1, and an increase in iAUC, k^trans, and v_e, within the tumor are observed. An increase in v_p is observed in few pixels.
