Clonal TMB performs better in separating the two response groups in a threshold model than total TMB. Thresholds to separate response groups in steps of TMB = 1 mut/mB were applied. Sensitivity or true positive rate (TPR) was calculated as the number of true positives divided by the number of true positives + false negatives. Specificity or false positive rate (FPR) was calculated as the number of true negatives divided by the number of true negatives plus false positives.
