Time protocol for spheroid cultivation and measurement. The same time protocols were used for both MCF-7 and HT-29. 60 spheroids were cultured for both cell types. Each spheroid was seeded with 1000 cells on day-1. The drugs, i.e., PTX for MCF-7 and SN-38 for HT-29, were applied on day-5. On days-6, 8, and 11, fluorescence and then OCT imaging were performed. The fluorescence contrast agents were applied 3 hours before fluorescence imaging.
