RO48 regulates the expression of genes associated with axon regeneration. Following the differential expression analysis depicted in Figure 1, about two dozen genes with prior evidence of association with axon growth and regeneration (RAGs) were surveyed for the log2(FC) of their expression. Most of these were upregulated in our data set.
