Silence of OPN attenuates epithelial-mesenchymal transition and pulmonary fibrosis. Mice (n = 10 in each group) were intratracheally injected with 1 × 109 TU LV-OPN-siRNA or negative control (NC) 7 days after administration of bleomycin.
