IC₅₀ values were determined in vitro in the presence of the FRET substrate (20 μM) after 15-min treatment of M^pro (0.5 μM) with each compound at various concentrations. Measurements of the inhibitory activities of the compounds were performed in duplicate. IC₅₀ values in duplicates were shown except for those that caused little inhibition at up to 80 μM.
