Ferroptosis-related diseases that can present throughout the human lifespan. As we age, iron levels in the body accumulate, inducing ferroptosis and increasing our susceptibility to hypoxic-ischemic brain damage, organ injury‒related diseases, and neurodegenerative diseases.
