DWI_average	3 T SPIR EPI	Average of the distortion-corrected EPI images, mostly used for aligning the DWI data to the T2w (and hence the T1w) image
FAC	3 T SPIR EPI	For every DWI scan, an FAC image was calculated. These ten FACs were aligned with the T2w and averaged
DEC_T1	T1w, 3 T SPIR EPI	Direction-encoded fractional anisotropy reconstructed from the FOD (fod2dec -contrast)
ColorT1T2	T1w and T2w	A derived image combining the T1w and T2w contrast—helpful for segmentation and highlighting of blood vessels
