SPAG5 may be a predictor of response to LUAD immunotherapy. (A and B) Based on the H-score evaluation of SPAG5 expression levels through IHC staining, a chi-square test was conducted to analyze the differential rates of PD-L1 positivity among LUAD samples with high and low SPAG5 expression. PD-L1 positivity was assessed using IHC staining with SP142 and SP263 antibodies in panels A and B, respectively. (C) Analysis of the LUAD sequencing data of TCGA by ImmuCellAI website showed that the expression of SPAG5 is positively correlated with good ICB therapy response.
