Reagents and Conditions: (a) Triethyl silyl chloride, imidazole, dimethylformamide, 1 h, 0 °C, 85%; (b) (E)-3-ethoxyacryloyl chloride, triethylamine, dimethylformamide, 0 °C, 1 h; (c) triethylamine trihydrofluoride, triethylamine, tetrahydrofuran, 30 min, 0 °C; (d) K2CO3, methanol, 1 h, 37 °C, 83%; (e) 2-cyanoethyl N,N-diisopropylchlorophosphoramidite, N,N-diisopropylethylamine, dichloromethane, 2 h, room temperature, 65%.
