Parental attachment was measured using the Inventory of Parent and Peer Attachment (IPPA; Armsden & Greenberg, 1987; Portuguese version by Machado & Oliveira, 2007). Social group attachment was measured using the Social Group Attachment Scale (SGAS; Smith et al., 1999; Portuguese version by Dinis et al., 2008). Emotion regulation was measured using the Situational Test of Emotional Management-Brief (STEM-B; Allen et al., 2015; Portuguese version by da Motta et al., 2021). The unstandardized, as well as the standardized, regression coefficients are presented.
