LoTNX+MMF (green symbols) had significantly higher CAV scores (Mean, 2.4) compared to either loTNX (yellow symbols; mean, 0.5; **p=0.007) or sTNX-treated grafts (brown symbols; mean, 0.7; ***p=0.0009) at the time of subsequent explant after d90 or end-of-study biopsy around d180.
