Inhibition of xenograft tumor proliferation by in vivo treatment with siRNA. (A-C) U87-MG cells (1 × 106 cells) were subcutaneously implanted into nude mice. After 10 days, control or TRIM21 siRNA was injected into the developed xenograft tumors (n = 5). 10 days after siRNA injection, the nude mice were killed.
