Obatoclax induces autophagy in P525L FUS-eGFP iPSC-derived neurons. Confocal fluorescent micrographs showing LC3 puncta in P525L FUS-eGFP iPSC-derived neurons treated with DMSO and obatoclax at 10 nM for 24 hours. Obatoclax was tested at 10 nM for 24 hours. We assessed the LC3B-II protein levels using Western blotting. The mean of three independent experiments (n = 3); error bars indicate SEM.
