In Experiment 1, females responded at a higher rate than males in both training and testing. LY379268 (0, 1.5, 3, 6 mg/kg; IP; 30-minute pretreatment) decreased active lever responses after the 1.5 and 6, but not 3 mg/kg doses compared to the 0 dose.
