The relative gene expression of FGFR1, VEGFR2, VEGFA, HK2 and THBS1 was analyzed via RT-qPCR in EA.hy926 endothelial cells (ECs) incubated for 24 h with the conditioned media (CM) from monocultured ECs (control), TNBC-ECs co-cultures or CM from TNBC monocultures. Bars in gray represent the mean normalized values ± SEM of the relative expression of targets assessed in ECs monocultures, which was set to one. Black and white bars represent mean values ± SEM of normalized expression of targets assessed in EC exposed to CM from co-cultures or CM from TNBC monocultures, respectively. GAPDH was used as a housekeeping gene for relative expression normalization. Data were obtained from at least three independent experiments. * p < 0.05 vs. control.
