Total number of high quality unique mAb ID sequences (1931 total) from projects performed using PEG chemical fusion (1082 total) and electrofusion (849 total) to generate the hybridomas. Samples with at least one VL and one VH sequence are then separated into those containing exactly one VL and one VH sequence, one additional chain of some sort, one additional VH, one additional VL, and one additional VL and VH. Projects performed using either PEG chemical fusion or electrofusion were then analyzed separately.
