Comparison of traditional milk and oat milk There are some differences between traditional milk and oat milk in properties, processing technology, nutrition and health, bioavailability, carbon neutrality, and consumer acceptance. This review made a comprehensive and scientific analysis and comparison between traditional milk and oat milk, providing a reference for people to consume.
