(A) Arenavirus, (B) Hantavirus, (C) Mayaro virus, (D) Oropouche virus, (E) Anaplasma, (F) Bartonella, (G) relapsing fever group Borrelia, (H) Coxiella burnetii, (I) Ehrlichia, (J) Orientia, and (K) Rickettsia. Research studies were mainly carried out in regions of the northwest of the country. The presence of these infectious agents in other regions remains unknown.
