Fig. 1 — Linear regression was used to test association of each SNP with BIS-Brief. Sex, genotyping batch, age at consent, first three PCs, and the frequency of myoclonus or absence seizures were included as covariates in the model. We found two significant genome-wide associations on chromosome 8 (rs73293634 (G/T)) and 10 (rs75042057 (T/G)) in the analysis of 324 European individuals with JME. Variants below −log₁₀P < 1 were omitted in the plot.
