Most of the AOP-KB network forms into one large weakly connected component. Many smaller weakly connected components are made of small numbers of AOPs. These smaller components are indicated with pastel-colored backgrounds. There are four strongly connected components on the AOP-KB network. These represent one or more set of feedbacks where each node in the strongly connected component has a path to each other node; these are indicated by blue traces.
