Model 2: adjusted for variables used in Model 1 plus BMI, physical activity, smoking status, and current drinker. Model 3: adjusted for variables used in Model 2 plus total cholesterol, high‐density lipoprotein cholesterol, fasting plasma glucose, C‐reactive protein, antidiabetes drugs, and antidyslipidemic drugs.
