DNA methylation of epigenetic regulation on immunotherapy efficacy. Certain epigenetic modifiers including DNMTs, LSD1, KDM5B, and SETDB1, have been identified as crucial regulators of the antitumor immune response. The epigenic inhibitors such as the DNMT inhibitor 5‐aza‐cr could enhance antitumor immunotherapy.
