Inclusion criteria 1. Samples and data are contained within the UH Institutional COVID-19 and Coronavirus Biorepository
2. Age range: 18-89
3. Must be tested positive for SARS-CoV-2 RNA, as confirmed through RT-PCR of the nasopharyngeal swabs
