Diet definition includes descriptions of omnivore (basic) and omnivore (regular) from Kowalska et al. 2020(57). Omnivore (basic) includes all food groups including meat, poultry, fish, dairy products and eggs; omnivore (regular) describes data collected from 24-h dietary recalls from ten Polish adults that were used to make standard ‘menus’ for omnivorous participants.
