Untangling scores averaged across all ground truth factors are cNVAE = 0.898, NVAE = 0.639, VAE = 0.548, cNAE = 0.456, AE = 0.477, PCA = 0.236, and Raw = 0.235. For variational models, the best performing $\beta$ values were selected: cNVAE, $\beta =0.15$; VAE, $\beta =1.5$ (see Supplementary section 9.5 for more details).
